Booking and Cancellation Policy
There are 5 Easy Ways to Book at Pink Parlour Singapore
Telephone booking confirmations are immediate.
SMS Bookings may be confirmed only during operation hours.
Online Bookings require between 1 hr to 48 hrs to process.
A confirmation or rescheduling email will be sent to you.
Please note that online bookings are not automatically confirmed.
If you need immediate confirmation, please call any of our booking hotlines.
Advanced Bookings require full payment via credit card. Booking is confirmed unless otherwise communicated by us via email.
Please note bookings of 4 persons and above require advanced payment to confirm your preferred treatment date and time.
If you have any questions regarding your booking, kindly email us at email@example.com and include a copy of your booking request email.
With the exception of Advanced Bookings, appointments may be cancelled by email or contacting us at +65 6100 7465 (PINK). No fees will be charged. For the convenience of other clients, we kindly request that all cancellations or changes be made at least 24-hrs prior to your scheduled treatment time.
Changes to Advanced Bookings must be made at least 48-hrs prior to the appointment. A service charge of $5 will be charged on changes made less than 48-hrs. No show on appointment will deem treatment used.
Pink Parlour reserves the right to change our Booking & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this site and emailed to all our members.
