Bookings are processed seven days a week during operating hours which may vary from time to time. Please refer to our homepage for the latest operating hours. During the booking process online we will require your personal particulars and contact information in order to complete your requests. Your personal information will be managed according to our Privacy Policy.
All bookings made through this website are manually confirmed and not automatically updated in our system. Upon your booking request via email we will send you a confirmation email within 2 hours during operating hours. Bookings made outside operating hours will be confirmed by 12 noon the same day or next day depending on when we receive your email booking request.
You will receive an email either confirming your booking or suggesting an alternative date or time typically 1-2 hours before or after your requested booking.

You may at any time cancel your bookings by sending us a request by email or contacting us at
+65 6100 PINK (7465). No fees will be charged. We kindly request that all cancellations be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time and will do our best to accommodate all requests.
Pink Parlour Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change our Booking & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this site and emailed to all our members.
