That will search instantly for availability. You will receive an email confirmation once you send in your request. Now you can manage your own bookings and cancellations in real-time without the need to call our busy phone lines!

CONFIRMATIONS

Telephone booking confirmations are immediate.

Webstore bookings are immediate. Logging into your account allows you to check your membership status, package status such as expiry, review the number of sessions left in your package, view and edit upcoming appointments and review your past appointments,

A confirmation or rescheduling email will be sent to you.

Please note that all ala carte services requires 50% deposit at the time of booking.

WALK-INS

We will always welcome walk-in clients, if we cannot accommodate you at that time we will work to take care of you promptly. We suggest you use our app or webstore for real-time live bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive more than 10 minutes later than your scheduled appointment, Pink Parlour reserves the right to cancel or push the scheduled appointment to a later time with or without informing the you. Our priority is to serve client on time so that they will not be delayed for their next planned event.

CANCELLATION 
POLICY

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will provide us with ample time to offer the appointment slot to another customer. All cancelled or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% service price fee, and no-show appointments will be subject to 100% service price fee.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a missed appointment, late cancel or late reschedule. 

NO SHOW POLICY

Each customer is entitled to a free cancellation if she/he cancels 24 ​hours prior to their scheduled appointment. This will provide us with ample time to offer the appointment slot to another customer.

Same-day cancellation will be subjected to a one session forfeit.
