PACKAGE REFUND TERMS & CONDITIONS
Packages(s) that have been purchased at Pink Parlour may be refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase. The refund process will not continue under several circumstances as follows: the closure of the outlet or the change of therapist. To make the refund process go, we required customers to send us a formal email.

Refund Calculation are calculated based on the ala carte price of the service you purchased.
Admin Charges: A standard administrative charge of $50 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing cost. Additional costs may vary depending on the payment type used.
Refund Timeframe: Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 45-60 days. Please note that the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your financial institution.

We offer a 30 days warranty return policy if you do not see slower and finer hair growth within the period. The product must be returned as a full bottle within 30 days.

We offer a 30 days return policy should you have a change of mind. Please ensure item is intact and no damages. Our product refund policy does not apply to any damaged product caused by mishandling and abuse.

Closure of Location

Therapist Location
Departure or Resignation of Therapist
In the event of permanent or temporary closure of the store location, alternative locations will be available for service utilization. Please note that refunds will not be provided in this situation.
If your therapist relocates, we will make every effort to find a qualified therapist nearby to continue your services. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued as we can arrange services with another therapist.
If the therapist assigned to your session departs or resigns, we will make every effort to promptly assign a replacement therapist with similar qualifications. We understand the importance of consistency in therapy and will minimize disruptions during the transition.However, refunds cannot be offered as long as a qualified replacement therapist is available.
CONVERSION POLICY
Pink Parlour prepaid packages purchased can be converted to a Mix and Match credit, minus an administrative charge of $50 or 10% of the package price, whichever is higher at any time.
These credits can be used to offset any other treatments from the treatment menu at a la carte price. However, the credits cannot be used to offset any retail product. The converted credits will be tabulated based on the amount paid for the package, excluding GST minus the original published price of the total treatments redeemed previously.

The expiry of mix & match Credit will be the same expiry of the package/s converted.
All packages bought at Pink Parlour can be shared with one other person at any one time. Strictly no sharing is allowed for all any membership programs.
PACKAGES
Pink Parlour PACKAGES all have an expiration. Please check with your therapist or our customer support if in any doubt.
PACKAGES EXTENSION
There are 2 options available:
You can extend with a minimum charge of $20 Nett for 3 months or $30 Nett for 6 months instore or online.
