WHAT ARE THE PINK POINTS LOYALTY PROGRAM? The Pink Points Loyalty Program is Pink Parlour’s NEW customer loyalty program that allows you to earn points from your Pink Parlour purchases. Your Pink Points can be redeemed for Pink Parlour Treatments, services, and other surprise promotions & privileges.
HOW DO I JOIN THE PROGRAM? You automatically earn Pink Points when you have a Pink Parlour account. New clients can easily create an account on the Pink Parlour website via the Login button (top right).
WHAT AM I AGREEING TO BY JOINING THE PROGRAM? By joining the Program, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Program Terms. You also accept any changes or modifications we may make to the Program terms and conditions, and you agree to receive Program-related emails from us and our partners.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF THE PROGRAM?
Only clients with complete profile details are eligible for Pink Points Loyalty Program.
Clients can only redeem points in-store, upon settlement.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK? By spending S$10 you will earn 1 point, which is equivalent to S$1. You can redeem your Pink Points anytime you visit the store. Your Pink Points can only be redeemed in-store, upon settlement.1 point = S$1 value.If you have 200 points, you can spend S$200 on products and services.
WHAT ARE THE REWARDS? Online Sign Up = Earn 5 points, (no purchase necessary).Purchases = Earn 1 point for every S$10 spent.Refer a Friend = 20 points (no purchase necessary).
HOW DO I EARN PINK POINTS? You earn Pink Points by completing transactions with Pink Parlour. Your Pink Points are automatically added to your account when you make payment for products and/or services.
WHEN WILL MY PINK POINTS BE AVAILABLE? It can take up to 24 hours for you to be able to redeem Pink Points.
HOW DO I CHECK MY MEMBER ACCOUNT STATUS? You can check your membership level and account status by logging into your account on https://bit.ly/WebstoreNew and going to the “POINTS” section on your dashboard.
WHAT IF MY POINTS ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT? If you have concerns that a purchase or other action was not properly applied to your Member account, you should contact Pink Parlour Customer Service at email@example.com. Please provide your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, plus the date of the alleged purchase or action, and the issue(s) you encountered.
This email must be sent within forty-five (45) days of the alleged purchase or action. We are not responsible for late notifications regarding purchases or actions not being credited to a Member account.
DO MY PINK POINTS EXPIRE? While your membership may remain open, your Pink Points will expire after six (6) months of inactivity, (This is a period in which a Member earns no Pink Points, makes no qualifying purchases, takes no qualifying actions, and redeems no Pink Points.)
HOW DO I REDEEM MY PINK POINTS? Simply ask our friendly Receptionist to utilize your Pink Points to pay for your treatments!
HOW DO I CHECK MY PINK POINTS BALANCE? You may view your Pink Points on your Pink Parlour profile at https://bit.ly/WebstoreNew Or you check your last email transaction receipt, which contains details of your points balances and earnings.
