Halloween Tips with Pink Parlour

Halloween’s origins date back to the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain (pronounced sow-in). The Celts, who lived 2,000 years ago, mainly in the area that is now Ireland, the United Kingdom, and northern France, celebrated their new year on November 1.

Although Halloween originated in some parts of Europe, America adopted this in the late 1800s to turn this into a neighborly get-together to share scary stories over a bonfire, ghost pranks, and witchcraft.

At the turn of the century, Halloween parties for both children and adults became the most common way to celebrate the day. Parties focused on games, foods of the season, and festive costumes.

Halloween parties are always the time to dress up with exciting and thrilling costumes and outstanding makeup! So, why not make a quick visit to your favorite salon for some pampering, to give yourself spectacular and happy memories!

Let’s kick things off with creativity and a fun session with your besties before your Halloween parties start!

PINK TIP #1 Always come prepared

To pull off your Halloween costume you must always look presentable and clean. By not just taking a shower but rather booking a wax appointment to get even more hygienic. Why? Of course, people and partygoers will stare at and talk to you the whole night. So, we recommend heading to your favorite salon and start getting waxed.

Consider waxing your legs and underarms so whenever you feel like dancing all night you wouldn’t be worried about the itch and irritation from the unwanted hair. 👉🏻 Leg Waxing & Underarm Waxing

PINK TIP #2 Dress accordingly

Before anything else, you may like to look at the invitation details to find the theme for this year. After all, you won’t want to be the center of attraction “in the wrong way”. Best to be dressed appropriately, rather than be stared at.

If you really want to “feel” your costume and embrace the character you are portraying, always consider comfortable clothing pieces, so you can always be on the move, because parties usually involve dancing, chatting, and drinking.

PINK TIP #3 Have some fun!

Don’t forget to greet your friends and colleagues during the party. Have fun and mingle with everyone, especially your friends and colleagues! Drink in moderation and enjoy the evening!
